A radio mounted outside your home connects to a nearby SkyPacket tower. A cable brings that connection indoors to your router, which connects your phones, computers, and other devices.
Can I get service at my address?
We serve selected communities in Pennsylvania, Allegany County, Maryland, and Mineral County, West Virginia. Availability depends on your exact address, surrounding terrain, and the signal at your property. Ask our team to check your location.
Is this satellite internet?
No. SkyPacket uses a local tower and an outdoor radio at your property. Your connection travels between those two points rather than to a satellite.
Do I have to install anything myself?
Our technician handles the outdoor equipment and cabling, checks the signal, and helps you connect your router. We’ll discuss equipment, installation costs, and any requirements before you schedule.
